Admission
Joining British Oak, step by step
We admit children throughout the year whenever a place matches their age group. Most families begin with a morning tour, and the whole process usually takes two to three weeks.

The enrolment journey
Six steps from first enquiry to first day
- 01
Enquire and book a visit
Send us a note or book a tour online. We will confirm a time within one working day and suggest the campus that suits your child’s age.
- 02
Visit the prepared environment
Tours run during the morning work cycle so you see a real classroom, not an empty one. Allow about 45 minutes, and do bring your child.
- 03
Submit your application
Complete the application form and upload the required documents. A registration fee secures your place in the queue for your chosen intake.
- 04
Settling conversation
Our guide meets you and your child for a relaxed 30-minute settling conversation, so we understand routines, feeding, sleep and language at home.
- 05
Offer and enrolment
We confirm the offer, the start date and the fee schedule in writing. Term fees are payable before the first day of attendance.
- 06
A gradual first week
Children begin with shortened days across their first week, extending as they settle. Your child’s guide will speak with you each day.
Paperwork
What to have ready
UAE licensing requires each of these before a child’s first day. Sending them early is the single fastest way to secure a place, and our admissions team will chase nothing you have already provided.
